The two things I love most about running are hitting the trails and helping other women to prioritise themselves and their fitness.
When I am not running crazy multi-day ultras I am coaching at my club Great Bowden Runners. I founded the female-only group in 2019 and have coached women to their first 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon and ultra.
I am also a UK Athletics qualified running coach and offer 1-2-1 bespoke training plans for women and men. Running your first marathon? Then get in touch!
